Riders
Yes, CityRide allows scheduled bookings. Choose 'Schedule Ride', select date and time, and confirm.
Drivers
Drivers can accept scheduled rides when available. Upcoming bookings appear in your schedule tab.
Inform support through the app. We will contact the rider and arrange a safe return of the item.
Route adaptation alerts, speed notifications, collision detection, and driver support tools are enabled.
Use in-app masked calling or messaging from the active ride card to reach the rider securely.
Follow vehicle guidelines. Avoid oversize items that obstruct visibility or safety. Ask support if unsure.
Payments
Cash, cards, and popular digital wallets are supported. Availability may vary by city.
Invoices are available in the ride details screen and can be downloaded or emailed.
